Invitation to Exhibit & Support

This meeting is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your company before physician anesthesiologists, residents, and medical students from Louisiana.  Approximately 75-80 physician anesthesiologists attend the meeting each year. The fee to exhibit starts at $2,000. New this year the opportunity to be the Surgical Skills reception sponsor or the Jeopardy Award dinner sponsor as part of the Platinum Sponsorship.

Meeting Format

The meeting will take place in-person

Exhibit Hall

The tabletop exhibits will be in the pre-function space outside of the Patron Ballroom. Beverages and breaks will be placed in the Exhibit area. Exhibits will be open all day, on Saturday but most traffic will be during breaks.
