Podium Presentation.

Presentation Presenter Limit
  • Five (5) minute presentation

  • Your presentation is strictly limited to three (3) minutes, followed by two (2) minutes of questions.

  • You have a total of FIVE slides for your presentation: Background, Methods, 2 Data slides, and Conclusion slide.

  • Include a title slide, this is not included in the FIVE slides of your presentation.

 

Presentation File Type
  • We will run presentations from a PC laptop only.

  • Windows PowerPoint .pptx (more features)

  • Use slide size “WIDE SCREEN” 16:9 Format

 

Podium Submissions
  • Our CME provider must review each presentation prior to the Annual Meeting. Please submit your complete presentation no later than Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 11:59pm.

  • Save your presentation by your last name. 

  • Upload your presentation below.

  • You should also bring your presentation on a USB drive in case there are any issues with your uploaded version.

Upon Arrival at the Meeting

Pickup your name badge at the registration desk, then check-in with the AV staff in the back of the meeting to confirm that your presentation is uploaded and working. Check-in with the AV team at least 1 hour prior to your talk.

 

At the Podium

There will be a monitor for your presentation viewing and regular mouse (for starting and stopping videos plus slide advancing and for use as a pointer. Additionally, there is a countdown timer next to the monitor to inform you of your presentation time. Note that “Speaker Notes” are not seen on the podium monitor, so if you need them print them out ahead of time.
